This beautifully appointed home on the ocean overlooks the spectacular barrier reef which is ½ mile offshore. Guest can see Shark Ray Alley, Hol Chan marine preserve and Caye Caulker. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful, and the wildlife is abundant.
There are two units in this home.
UPSTAIRS LIVING AREA
The upstairs kitchen and living room open to each other and face east to overlook the yard and sea from expansive windows. The kitchen counters are granite and all major appliances are stainless steel. There is a breakfast bar with four stools (no dining/kitchen table). The living room has a leather sofa, side chairs and a 55″ television. Access the east-facing veranda from the patio doors in the living/kitchen area. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are made from Belizean hardwoods. The upstairs sleeps 6. 2 queen beds and 2 rollaway beds and 2 baths.

The yard is sandy with plants and shrubs while the street side yard is a lush garden with flowering This home rents furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, linens & towels, patio furniture, washer/dryer, and two sea kayaks. The property is fenced in on three sides with a gate on the street. The side without a fence allows access to the sea via a sea wall. The seaside yard plants and fruit trees.
Please come and enjoy your vacation overlooking the 2nd largest barrier reef only 1/2 mile offshore. Watch all the wildlife including harpy eagles, dolphins and many more birds and fish. You will be able to see the beautiful sunrises and sunsets fright from the verandas. La Perla Azul is beautifully appointed. Many games are provided and kayaks for your use. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be provided with your own personal chef. Tours, golf carts and much more.
The Space
The house is located 4.5 miles south of San Pedro right on the ocean. The garden is luscious with many hummingbirds and many-colored butterflies. And there is a mango, lime, avocado and banana tree in the garden. Beautiful views of Caye Caulker, Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley. A boutique resort is close by for refreshments and food plus movies, swimming at Playa de Sala.
