Medical emergencies no worries, Grand Caribe Emergency Clinic just down the road, and also

has a few grocery stores nearby on the paved road.

This apartment is on a property with 3 rental units in a safe and private community.

The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and has its own private bathroom.

The second bedroom can be converted into a home office for those that work at home and need a

quiet workspace. There is a second bath just off the living area with a pull out couch that can also

be used to host guests. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar in the kitchen and enjoy beautiful

sea views. A Maximum of 2 small dogs would be accepted with a pet fee.
